Everything OHPI does.

One box to add and ask. Eighteen lists that fill themselves in. No setup.

One box for everything.

Add, ask and update in plain words. No forms, no folders.

  • Log it.

"Dentist Tuesday at 3" goes to Appointments with the day and time set.

  • Several at once.

One message can hold several things, and each one lands in its own list.

  • Find it.

Ask for it back. Follow-ups work too: "and the address?"

  • Use it.

"Got the eggs" checks them off. "Paid the electric bill" marks it paid.

  • Not sure? It asks.

OHPI asks with one tap. Nothing fits? It goes to Notes, so nothing gets lost.

  • It learns.

    Fix it once. It remembers.

Tap Move to send it somewhere else, or Undo to take it back. You can also add to and edit any list by hand.

Everything with a date, on one calendar.

You never type into the Calendar. Anything with a date in your lists shows up there on its own. Pinch to switch between month, week and day.

  • To-dos and bills that are due
  • Appointments and events
  • Return-by and warranty dates from Receipts
  • Car registration and inspection
  • Card and ID expirations
It repeats.
Say "take out the trash every Monday" and it repeats every Monday.
It reminds you.
Add a reminder at the time, or 15 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week before. Notifications stay off until you ask for one.
Late stays visible.
A missed bill or to-do stays on its day, in red, until it's done.
Today, on Home.
Open OHPI and see "Here's what's on hand today" under the greeting: 1 appointment · 2 to-dos · 1 bill due. Coming up shows what's close.

Not sure if "dinner with Sam" is an event or an appointment? OHPI asks with one tap.

Add things without opening the app.

  • Action Button.

Press it, say it, done. You'll hear "Added eggs to Groceries." (iPhone 15 Pro and newer)

  • Back Tap.

No Action Button? Double-tap the back of your iPhone to do the same thing.

  • Siri.

Say "Add to OHPI" and what you want to keep.

  • Control Center and Lock Screen.

Add the "Add to OHPI" control and it's one tap away.

From any web page to your Wishlist.

Share a product page from Safari or Amazon and it lands in your Wishlist. Or just ask: "find a link for the Kindle." OHPI finds the link, from the official store first.

Eighteen lists. Zero setup.

Turn on the ones you use. OHPI turns on more as you need them. Tap any list to see what it does.

Your lists talk to each other.

  • Bought it?

It moves from Wishlist to Receipts.

  • Bills and logins.

Bills and subscriptions in one place, each linked to its saved login in Passwords.

  • Receipts with photos.

Keep the receipt photo with the purchase. Return-by and warranty dates land on your Calendar.

  • Groceries by aisle.

Keep it in the order you added, or let OHPI sort by store section. Checked items move to "In cart" and clear themselves 3 hours later.

  • Keep count without a spreadsheet.

Weight, water, sleep, steps, workouts, vitamins and meds, mood, and Days since counters. Say "weighed 182 this morning" and it's logged, with charts and streaks.

  • More than one car.

Car keeps each car's insurance, registration and upkeep.

Passwords, locked on your phone.

Passwords, Cards, IDs and Codes are locked lists. Type a password into the chat and OHPI spots it on your iPhone, locks it there, and files only the name. Ask for it later and Face ID opens it.

Saved logins can fill in other apps with AutoFill. How security works →

Your lists on your Home Screen.

Every list has a widget. Check off groceries and to-dos without opening the app. Calendar comes in month, week and day sizes. Lock Screen widgets too, for the lists you check most.

Locked lists and Health show only their name, never what's inside.

Yours to control.

  • The AI is your choice.

OHPI's AI is Claude, made by Anthropic. OHPI asks before anything goes to it, and never sends your locked things, your name or your email. Rather not? Say no, or turn it off anytime in Settings. Every list still works by hand.

  • Quiet by default.

Notifications stay off until you ask for one. Turn them on list by list.

  • New phone, same lists.

Your everyday lists are there when you log in. Approve the new phone from your other iPhone with a 6-digit code, or use your recovery key, to open your locked lists.

  • Take a copy.

Export your everyday lists from Settings → Your data. Locked things are left out on purpose.

  • Leave anytime.

Delete account permanently deletes everything, locked or not.

Log it. Find it. Use it.
